Refund & Return Policy

At Mini Perfumes, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team at info@perfumes.indesign.pk, and we will guide you through the return process.

Responsibility:

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mini Perfumes will bear full responsibility and cover all associated costs.

• For returns due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Eligibility for a Return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• It should be returned in its original packaging.

• A purchase receipt must be included as proof of purchase.

Refund Methods:

Once your return is verified, refunds can be processed through:

• Bank Transfer

• Easy Paisa

• Jazz Cash

• Other feasible methods suitable for both the customer and the company

Return Timeline:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• For returns not related to damage or incorrect orders, a voucher will be issued instead of a direct refund. Customers will bear the return shipping charges.

• The voucher will be valid for one month from the date of issuance.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perfumes and electronic devices cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• We recommend reviewing product details carefully before making a purchase.

Once the returned product is verified for eligibility, the customer will receive their chosen refund or voucher.

Important: Refund requests will not be processed after 7 days of delivery.
